My Photos - Pictures from Johnstown - Dec 2008

Here is an assortment of pictures from Johnstown Pennsylvania, December 2008.
Down here in the valley... ....it's another cold day... ...and this white stuff is everywhere. Heading up the incline to take a view... ....from above...
It's a great day in...  ...Johnstown. Stocking up on the necessities. Their recent visit to the thrift store allows them to get... ...a very necessary sign.
We're missionaries with attitude. It's a tree, really.... We even have our very own Nativity Scene. A tree wouldn't be complete without the Mountain Dew Angel? It's Zone Conference time...
Elder Holmes and Elder Argyle. The finished product. Elder Argyle out with Elder Holmes. It's a fun evening... ...in downtown Johnstown...
...they are here.. ....to visit every house... ...and knock on every door! They will preach to anyone that stands still long enough... ...hopefully they will listen...
So how fast are we going?  Who cares, look at the temperature outside! The famous Elder Sorenson leads District meeting. Elder Fisher, Elder Argyle, Elder Sorenson, and Elder Holmes. I'm a missionary with a little holiday spirit. Wendy's gets' into the spirit of things.

It's a Merry Christmas indeed Elder Holmes.... ...Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

Zone Conference: The December Zone Conference was a great time for everyone and had a little holiday cheer as well.  But how many Elders does it really take to build a Gingerbread house?  In this video we hear a short bit about an Elder Haslam.  Still not sure where he's from, could be related? (Taken 12/15/08)
Tracting in the Snow: It must have been a split day because Elder Holmes is seen here with Elder Argyle.  There are out tracting and of course it is snowing. (Taken 12/16/08)
